Wow, I just can’t believe it. Yet, another teacher arrested for having sex with one of their students. But that’s not the unbelievable part, it was yet another woman teacher caught in the act.

I’m seeing more and more of this, female teachers having sex with minors. I don’t know about you guys, but when I was in school, I never seen this happen in person, my city, state or even on the news. I know for a fact that those boys are probably bragging about it to the world and that’s probably how she got caught in the first place!

But Stephanie Ragusa, 29, was recently arrested for the third time in a six week span on charges of having sex with a minor. The most recent arrest was when officers discovered Ragusa at the house of a 16-year-old boy. Supposedly, she was there to discuss criminal case but instead, wound up in bed with him.

I’m not going to lie, in the back of my head I’m thinking “wow, that young kid got some skills!” But then again, that’s the guy side of me talking. Hey, I was a teenage boy once before! And some say I still have the mindset of one, but let’s not go there.

But detectives nabbed her when she was leaving the boys home. I mean, if she got arrested two other times only weeks before, wouldn’t she know not to do it again? Maybe a third time is the charm!

She was charged with two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.

In her other two arrests, she was charged with having sex three times with a Davidsen Middle School student, whom was 14 at the time. Also, she began another sexual relationship with a second Davidsen boy who was 15.

Well, whatever the reason(s) were for sleeping with the boys, she’s suffering the consequences. And she’s currently suspended without pay from the Martinez Middle School.

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger told a homosexual group this past Friday that he plans to "oppose" any ballot that protects marriage only for a man and woman. He also states that he plans on fighting against any ballots initiating limits on gay marriages.

"First of all I think that it will never happen in California because I think that California people are much further along with that issue, and number two, I'll always be there to fight against that," said Schwarzenegger.

Though, apparently Schwarzenegger is revealing some of his bad acting... but as governor this time.

According to Randy Thomasson, president of Campaign for Children and Families, he states "Arnold Schwarzenegger is saying one thing and doing another. When he first ran for governor, he said he believed marriage was only for a man and a woman. He promised to veto every bill legalizing same-sex marriage. He even said marriage is up to the courts or the voters to decide. Now he's flip- flopped and betrayed average voters by pledging to 'fight against' protecting marriage licenses for a man and a woman in the California State Constitution. He's showing everyone that he is integrity-challenged."

In my opinion, I still wonder how Schwarzenegger was elected in the first place so I wouldn't be surprised if he was really a "flip-flopper."

How many times am I going to preach about sex education for teens? Apparently, it’s not as often as I should be. But you want to know some scary facts? One out of four American teenage girls has contracted a sexually transmitted disease (STD). As you can see, abstinence is not working so where are the sex education classes?

There was another survey that was taken and the stats were recently released. I know, I know, yet another survey with stats, but these numbers are alarming. You guys better start talking to your kids, friends, cousins, co-workers’-brother-in-law’s-second cousin’s-first wife’s-step-daughter already!

So, besides one out of every four American teenage girls contracted with a STD, it was said that the rate was almost 50 percent for black teenage girls. The higher rate was not attributed because of any particular ethic group being more promiscuous or anything, it was said it was due to a lack of health education.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention tested a wide range of teenage girls for some of the most common STDs such as human papillomavirus, Chlamydia, trichomoniasis and genital herpes.

And guess what? HPV was found in 40 percent of teenage girls that admitted to being sexually active. HPV is not as serious as HIV, gonorrhea or syphilis but it can lead to cervical cancer if left untreated.

Of course, there are treatments for HPV and cervical cancer, but there have been a lot of critics that claim this vaccine would promote promiscuity.

Are you serious? Obviously, teenagers are not practicing abstinence but yet, there are still people fighting against vaccines? This just adds to the non-realistic ideas of these people who think teenagers will not have sex so they do not want to warn them on the consequences.

So, what are people going to do? Obviously, nothing. And while they continue to do nothing but judge and be extremely opinionated on teenage sex, the STD rates will just continue to climb for those that with no sex education.

Hypocrites. Yes, lawmakers are the worst ones. Well, at least the ones who break laws – particularly ones that helped those laws get passed!

But apparently, former NSW Aboriginal Affairs Minister Milton Orkopoulos is currently on trial on child sex and drug charges in the Newcastle District Court. But the interesting part is the fact that he admitted being a public and private lawbreaker and he used and supplied illegal drugs and broke a law he helped pass.

Orkopoulos, during questioning, was forced to agree, as an MP, that he had helped pass the child pornography laws under which he presently stood charged.

Prosecutor Helen Wilson, asked “Is that another example of you publicly being one of our state’s lawmakers and privately being a lawbreaker?”

In which Orkopoulos replied, “If you put it that way, yes.”

I know we’re all human beings and no one is perfect, but this just backs up my theory that everyone is a hypocrite.

Yes, you read right. A New York woman was accused of selling a girl for sex to pay her landlord for rent. What is this world coming to? At least sell drugs or something. No, I’m just joking!

Linda O’Connor is currently in jail because she was denied bail by a federal judge just the other day. She will remain there until her case proceeds trial.

O’Connor and her former landlord, Dean Sacco, were arrested last month on charges of sex trafficking and child pornography. If both of them are convicted, they could face life in prison.

This is what I don’t understand, both of them pleaded not guilty. Why do they do that? All the evidence points to them being guilty, they’re just prolonging the inevitable. I mean, they’re both currently sitting in jail without bail anyways. So, instead of serving their life sentence, they’re sitting in a jail cell with very high hopes of being freed?

The girl, who is now 14, told investigators that Sacco (the landlord) had sex with her at least five different times in 2006 and 2007. Sacco also faces additional charges of rape.

All I have to say is this is sick. If anything, why didn’t O’Connor just sleep with Sacco instead? I mean, seriously, sell your own body not someone else’s.

But additionally, O’Connor was also charged with selling the girl to strangers twice at a hotel for sex.

The case is scheduled to begin trial on April 14.

Watch your back! No, literally. But I read this article today and it believes that anal intercourse can possibly lead to anal cancer!

Now the article was written and focuses on anal intercourse for homosexual men but I would almost have to assume it's for everyone.

But you know what they say about people who "assume." You make an "ass" out of yourself. (Hey, there wasn't a pun intended but I just couldn't resist!)

I don't know if you guys ever heard of HPV, which stands for Human Papilloma Virus, but apparently, it's a very common virus. There are about 100 types of HPV that affect different parts of the body. And there are about 30 different types that can affect your private areas, and yes, that includes the rectum and anus.

And get this, about 13 of those types of HPV are considered high risk for leading to cervical cancer. And yes, I believe the anus one is one of the high risk, so like I said, "watch your back!"

Now, don't get your boxers in a bunch (I rephrased "panties" and used "boxers", just figured I'd point that out), there are ways to prevent it.

The obvious one, don't have anal relations with anyone. But hey, we're human, right? You guys like to experiment so much you'll try it in a hole in the neck if you could!

But essentially, you should stay away from people with a history of gonorrhea because anal cancer was (is) still associated with that. In addition, cigarette smoking is also associated with those types of cancers.

Hey, I don't know how it works! I'm just the middle-man here. But don't say I didn't warn "your ass!"

If you are a cop reading this, you’re fellow officers are making you look bad. But this is a video was from a couple months ago showing police officers taking advantage of a girl “waiting for her ride” at the police station!

First of all, I’m so glad I don’t live in the city where this took place. Why? Well, I’d be damned to be in a life-threatening situation and have police officers not fully pay attention because they’re too busy taking advantage of a girl and snapping some photos for their Myspace page.

Now this video was a news broadcast so they only could show limited footage, but I’m sure there must have been some sexual acts. I mean, you see the cops taking a bunch of pictures and pulling up her skirt, so what else do you think happened?

Well, a few of those cops got suspended, fired, resigned, etc.

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying all cops are bad or anything, I’m just not a huge fan. And this is not the first time cops have been mentioned here on DatCurious.com. Remember the post “Police Abuse their Privileges to get Sex?”

I know I’m a couple of days late, but did you know that it’s “National Condom Week!?”

So, what is this “National Condom Week?” Well, it’s a basically celebrated every year in the same week as Valentine’s Day.

Why? Well, it’s supposed to serve as a reminder during the “season of romance” to do our part in spreading the awareness of HIV and STD rates in the U.S. and the rest of the world.

Last year, STD infections in the United States hit a record high. Of course, this happens when all the safe sex education programs across the country, if not the entire world, was slashed.

But the National Condom Week has apparently gotten pretty big, but is it really going to make an impact on safe sex? Probably for this week only, but I highly doubt through the entire year.

I think it’s a good idea, for the most part, especially during booty call season Valentine ’s Day. I mean, it doesn’t hurt to remind people of safe sex and to inform people, especially the younger demographic, about the risks of HIV, STDs and teen pregnancy.

It’s crazy how many STD cases there are in the United States alone. It’s probably about 19 million new cases each year. Each year! And the sad part is more than half of them are people between the ages of 15 and 24.

So, if you don’t know about it, I’ll be glad to point you in the right direction.

Though, don’t even ask me to help put a condom on you! Filthy McNasty…

If you have the HIV virus, I wouldn’t recommend going around and trying to spread it – you’ll probably get jailed!

First of all, if you knowingly have the HIV virus, why would you want to go around and try to get other people infected with it? What kind of person does that? On top of that, what kind of person would purposely try to infect minors?

Let me answer those questions for you; Christer Merrill Aggett was that person. And now he’s going to suffer the consequences.

The 32-year-old HIV-positive was sentenced in a Swedish court yesterday for “having unprotected sex with 16 young girls and infecting two of them with the virus that causes Aids.”

The fact that he knew he was HIV-positive; he purposely went for underage girls, according to the Swedish court.

Isn’t that just sick?

Aggett was found guilty of aggravated sexual abuse of minors and infecting two girls with the HIV virus.

He was sentenced to 14 years in prison, but honestly, I’m not sure if that’s long enough.

I don’t know how many of you guys know this but it came to a surprise to me. But birth control pills give a risk of serious blood clots for women, and it has become worse when the skin patches are used.

Just yesterday, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released a warning on the high risk that birth control patches can lead to blood clots based from results of a new study.

This warning was released shortly after Canada reported two deaths within the past week and 16 cases of blood clots since 2004 among women who used the birth control patch.

Now, you may think that’s not a high number but you also have to remember “how many people are actually using the patch?” And if you’d ask me, one person is too high.

The birth control patch has been sold by prescription dating back to 2001. In the patch, it releases a type of estrogen called ethinyl estradiol and progestin called norelgestromin through the skin and into the bloodstream. Though, the FDA mentions that “women using the product will be exposed to about 60 percent more estrogen than if they were using typical birth control pills.”

A lot of people believe this type of product should not be on the market as it causes serious risk, especially to those that don’t know the potential affects.

"This product should not be on the market," Shawn Khorrami, an attorney for the plaintiffs, told the Associated Press at the time. "When you put out a product that gives women more hormones than they need, then you're increasing their risk of developing those ailments."

So, if you’re like me, you probably didn’t know the potential serious risks of birth control pills and patches. And honestly, I’m sure there’s a lot more than blood clots.

Please watch this video as I feel it is important. It's basically various kids asking questions because no one has taught them about sex. It's powerful, yet, kind of made me laugh in a way on their questions. But then again, a lot of people laugh on topics relating to 'sex.'

I know this is old but a lot of people probably have never seen this. This is based on the Youtube questions for the Democratic debate (answered by Obama and Edwards) in which one person asked "Have you talked to your children about sex education?"

Honestly, I didn’t know this but there actually is a possibility for women to get pregnant if they have sex during their ‘time of the month.’ Pay attention here ladies and gentle-fellas!

Vaginal bleeding is often the result of a woman getting her period, though; there are occasions where small amounts of bleeding are a result of ovulation, which is when a woman is most fertile and the highest chance of pregnancy.

A lot of women often mistake this kind of vaginal bleeding as their menstrual cycle rather than their ovulating period.

In addition, there are times where the ovulation can occur prior to the stop of a woman’s period. Did I say that right? Basically, before a woman fully stops bleeding from her period, there is a chance it’s a mix of ovulation bleeding.

I also read it can occur within a few days after her period has stopped.

So, you might just want to think twice about having sex without a condom during your menstrual cycle, because again, there is a chance of pregnancy, or even sexually transmitted diseases.

Having unprotected sex at any time is like drinking the devils juice… you don’t want to risk it or take a stab at his eggs and bacon!

We have all seen this before (especially those of us who live in the city), police officers abusing their privileges. I mean, who hasn’t seen a cop turn on their police signals to get through a red light? Then 30 seconds later, they end up at a Dunkin’ Donuts getting coffee and a Honey Glazed at 50 % off. Well, apparently cops do a lot worse; they flash their badge to get sex!

I read this article in which this situation happened in Australia where a police officer misused his position to get close to his ‘victims’ and also trade drugs for sex.

I’ll be the first to say I’m not a big fan of cops and when I read stories like this one, it just gets me a little more pissed.

Huy Quach, 33, is a sexual predator who has used his badge and officer status to get sex on various occasions.

He was also allegedly accused of raping a mentally ill woman “after being sent to her home earlier in the day while on duty to check on her because she was considered suicidal.”

Not only that, but last year he offered a couple girls (one being 17-years-old) some cocaine and drinks of alcohol, which later the girls reported the drinks were spiked.

Constable Quach, who is suspended from duty, is currently facing four charges of rape involving three victims, 11 counts of trafficking, supplying and using drugs, two counts of offering bribes, two counts of misconduct while in public office and one count of attempting to pervert the course of justice.

Okay, I almost got a hand cramp typing out that whole list!

Yesterday I mentioned Malaysian Health Minister Chua Soi Lek being part of a sex tape scandal with a woman that is not his wife. Well, after stating he would not leave his post because of it, today he resigns!

The pressure must have gotten to him as a high ranking official as he embarrassed himself and his country’s government with his sex tape scandal.

I mean, he’s only human, right? Supposedly, it was secretly filmed so who knew? I mean, as a high ranking official, we know they’re not faithful. (Please look up former President Bill Clinton)

Chua resigned as parliamentarian and also gave up his political position as Vice-President of Malaysian Chinese Association.

Chua stated that he “did not want to be a burden on the government over a moral issue.”

Why? Government’s cross moral issues all the time… no need to resign over it now!

No, it’s not Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian. It’s a married Malaysian minister who admitted he participated in a sex video – and his sex partner was not his wife.

Health Minister Chua Soi Lek was rumored to be in a sex video that was circulating last week and reports on Tuesday states that Chua admitted he was the man in the video.

Chua, who is married with three kids, said he would not step down over the incident. Now his fate of continuing as a Health Minister remains in the hands of the Prime Minister.

Now, this definitely can’t be good for him. I mean, he’s not in the entertainment business so his career can’t skyrocket, now can it?

But Chua described the woman in the sex tape as a personal friend but failed to reveal further details on her.

Yeah, that definitely sounds like a ‘personal friend’ to me! Too bad she can’t help him out on this scandal she participated in.

If you live in Texas, I hope you don’t plan on having any sex parties at your house any time soon because they are banning all sex clubs, even if they are private. But one man is fighting back by suing the suburban Dallas city.

Jim Trulock, who transforms his home into ‘The Cherry Pit’ on weekends, is suing the city of Duncanville claiming that a recently approved ban on sex clubs “unconstitutionally targets his lifestyle.”

Supposedly, they approved of the banning because the city was responding to neighbor complaints.

Hey, that’s what I call one hell of a party! When the neighbors complain, you KNOW the party is crazy!

Though, Trulock has been cited numerous times already for his parties, which draw around 100 people each party and features themes like ‘Naked Twister’ nights.

Again, did I mention that he must throw one hell of a party?!

If you are a registered sex offender, you will almost never be able to leave that reputation behind. Even if you had consensual sex with your girlfriend/boyfriend that is a few years younger, some states do not allow that. On top of that, those 18, 19-year-olds end up as a registered sex offender. Is that fair? Well, I don’t think so.

Now, the situation of a sex offender getting murdered wasn’t from consensual sex of two teens. A 67-year-old who was trying to start a new life by moving to northern California was murdered; they’re saying he was killed because he was listed in the Megan’s Law database of registered sex offenders.

Michael Dodele, who was murdered the other day, let his past catch up to him. He was murdered by his neighbor, a 29-year-old construction worker with a young son.

Ending someone’s life from a mistake that happened in their past isn’t fair. Now the construction worker, in an act of a hate crime, shows his selfishness by messing up his life and he will probably lose custody of his son.

His hearing is arranged to be held in January.

So, basically if you ever get labeled as a sex offender, your life is over. There are no second chances for you and in some cases; it will end your life – literally.

If you haven’t already heard (or maybe you just don’t care) but Britney Spears’ little sister Jamie-Lynn is pregnant. So, why in the hell did I put this on DatCurious.com? Well, this is just another potential case of ‘statutory rape.’

Jamie-Lynn got pregnant at the age of 16 from her boyfriend Casey Aldridge who is 19 years of age. Now, if Aldridge is the proven father and the baby was conceived in their home state of Louisiana, then he could be charged with “felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.”

In other words, he would be charged with “sexual intercourse with consent between someone age 19 or older and someone between age 12 and 17.”

If you are a first time reader, feel free to read such articles as “Minors, Sex = Unjust Punishment” and “Many Teens Don’t Know Sex Laws – I’m Sure Adults Don’t Either”.

But every state has different ‘sex laws’ like I mentioned in “Sex Laws You Probably Never Heard Of”, but usually consensual sex can only be with a partner up to two years older from the minor.

Honestly, I first thought this whole pregnancy thing was a publicity stunt, especially the fact that there’s a movie or something coming out soon with Jamie-Lynn, but with the statutory rape facts, this is definitely more serious than people think.

A lot of people tend to lack confidence when it comes to the few sex education classes out there. Does it really work? Will kids learn from the classroom perspective on sex education? Well, a study recently showed that teenagers with some sort of sex education are more likely to delay having sex until after 15-years-old.

I know what you’re thinking – “15-years-old, that’s it?! These stupid studies don’t prove anything!”

But if you think about it, nowadays kids are having sex right around puberty. So, what’s that? 12, maybe 13?

Well, the study was conducted by researchers from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention where they analyzed responses from over 2,000 teenagers between the ages of 15 and 19.

What they found:

- Boys in this age bracket who received some sort of sex education were 71 percent less likely to have sex before 15.
- Girls in this age bracket who received some sort of sex education were 59 percent less likely to have sex before 15.
- Males attending school with sex education were almost three times more likely to use some sort of birth control the first time they had sex.

"Formal sex education was particularly beneficial for youth who are traditionally considered to be at high risk for adverse sexual health outcomes, such as sexually transmitted diseases or unplanned pregnancies," says lead study author Trisha Mueller, an epidemiologist at the CDC's Division of Reproductive Health.

"Sex education should be continued to be supported in formal settings, such as schools, and to be the most effective, should occur before youth engage in sexual intercourse for the first time."

The interesting part of this survey is the fact that there were a higher percentage of males that were less likely to have sex than females. Why is that? Do girls have more pressure to have sex than guys?

Well, I don’t know the answer because I was never a girl. (At least, I can’t remember from previous lives.) But I think it may have to do with the influence with their surroundings. This could include anything from friends, family, television, music or simply what they see with kids in their school.
