The former Florida teacher who was charged with having sex with a 14-year-old student was arrested again for violating her probation.

Debra Lafave was caught discussing personal life and other various topics with a teenage waitress at a restaurant where both of them worked. Apparently, one of her terms of probation was the fact she was not allowed to have “unsupervised contact with minors without permission.”

I know that may be part of the terms of the probation, but they both work together. So, it seems that she needs a witness there to prove that she will not do anything inappropriate?! Well, her probation officer MUST be a real hard ass, huh?

But Lafave, 26, is currently serving three years of house arrest and seven years of probation after she pleaded guilty for having sex with a teenage student in both her classroom and at her home in 2004.

According to LaFave’s defense attorney, John Fitzgibbons, he felt “disappointed” that the probation officer ordered the arrest for what he called an “insignificant” violation of her terms. He said LaFave and the 17-year-old waitress just had a “typical workplace conversation that women have with their women colleagues.”

Well, I’m torn whether I felt she deserved getting arrested or not in this particular instance. But I have to admit, she is the hottest teen sex offender that I have ever seen!
